Since 2000, Janice Beaton Fine Cheese (JBFC) has been Calgary’s premier specialty retailer of artisanal cheeses, charcuterie, patés and accompaniments.

On May 27 Colette will host a French-themed dinner in FARM
along with Richard Harvey of Metrovino.
Five course dinner with wine pairings $125/person + GST 6pm

On May 28 Colette will share her vast knowledge of French cheeses
in an intimate class in the shop.
Class with wine pairings $75/person + GST 7pm

Originally from France, Colette now lives in Sonoma County
and has a consulting practice for specialty food retailers,
wineries and restaurants.
