For those who have everything, AN EVENING OF RACLETTE is a savoury and perfect offering. This traditional French/Swiss dish is a great way to gather friends around the table. We will provide the raclette machine, the raclette cheese and all the typical fixings: bundnerfleisch (air-dried beef), cornichons, pickled onions and baguettes (Additional items can be included upon request – olives, crackers, other specialty meats).

Let our CHEESE OF THE MONTH package tickle the cheese fancy of the hard-to-buy-for friends and clients. Every month a delectable selection of three cheeses shows up on the doorstep of someone you want to impress... or perhaps, you just want to say – "I’m thinking about you!" Box includes three 250g pieces (approximately a half pound of each), along with descriptions and cheese lore. In-town (Calgary) delivery included; additional charge for out-of-town shipping.
Stay top of mind with special clients – have CHEESE PLATTERS DELIVERED MONTHLY. A monthly gift of a sumptuous cheese platter lets your client know how much you value the relationship. Much like our "Cheese of the Month" concept, we will prepare one of our platters and deliver it on your behalf. It could be for 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. They can be ordered on an as-needed basis (24 hrs notice requested), or we can set up a monthly delivery schedule. Please call us for more details. ~ platters start at $100.
